Director of Business Development
Holly is at the forefront of helping the Midtown Financial Advisors team to support the firm’s mission of making each client feel they are more than account numbers. Specifically, she:
- Works closely with the Managing Partners to help improve operational systems, processes, and policies that support reporting, information flow, business processes, and organizational planning
- Plans and implements short- and long-range programs designed to engage new and existing clients, including campaigns, events, social media marketing, and public relations
Holly began working with Managing Partner Brad Smith in 2010 and has been working in the financial services industry since 1999. Her experience includes roles in marketing, recruiting, and business development. Before joining the financial services industry, she worked in public relations for a firm in High Point, NC, and was an advertising executive at a community newspaper.
Chaos Coordinator
Holly is married to Adam. They have two daughters, Hannah and Rachel, and one grandson, Royce Reign.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts to see her favorite rock bands, living an active lifestyle, and volunteering with local charities and mission groups.
Over the years, she has also contributed her professional skills in support of financial services industry initiatives, such as:
- Editing the monthly newsletter for the Greensboro Society of Financial Service Professionals
- Creating and broadcasting a monthly newsletter for the local chapter of NAIFA, an association for insurance and financial professionals
- Serving as Chairperson of NAIFA’s Advertising and Sponsorship Committee
